Robert says…

Many people did crazy things during the coronavirus pandemic and one-such person is Jon Hosking. On his indoor rowing machine, or ergometer, he rowed five marathons in five days to raise money for charity.

I remember seeing Jon’s appeal on social media and then watching the crazy videos I noticed he lived just down the road from me in Camden Town - Jon was in Mornington Crescent at the time.

So, one afternoon in July when the lockdown was eased slightly we met in the park because we were expecting things to go back to normal. He wanted some update shots for his book and I was just eager to shoot after three months of no work.
